   MAHA-SLDC does not guarantee that such external links will function at all times and has no control over the availability or accuracy of the linked pages.

The Website has to be monitored periodically by Technical Manager to address and fix the quality and compatibility issues around the following parameters:

• Performance: Website performance is to be closely monitored and corrective actions (if any required) are taken.
• Functionality: All modules of the website are tested for their functionality.
• Broken Links: The website is reviewed to rule out the presence of any broken link or errors.
• Traffic Analysis: The website traffic is monitored to analyze the usage patterns as well as site visit analytics.

The website does not automatically capture any specific personal information from users, (like name,phone number or e-mail address), that allows us to identify users’ individuality. Wherever the Website requests user to provide personal information, user will be informed for the particular purposes for which the information is gathered and adequate security measures will be taken to protect user’s personal information. MAHA-SLDC does not sell or share any personally identifiable information volunteered on the website to any third party (public/private). Any information provided to the Website will be protected from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We gather certain information about the User, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses, domain name, browser type, operating system, the date and time of the visit and the pages visited. We make no attempt to link these addresses with the identity of individuals visiting our site unless an attempt to damage the site has been detected.

• Website has been placed in protected zones with implementation of Gateway Firewall, IPS, dedicated Web Application Firewall configured in reverse proxy mode.
• Website was audited for known application level vulnerabilities before the launch and all the known vulnerability were addressed.
• All the development works are done in a separate development environment and are well tested on staging server before updating it on the production server.
• The content contributed through the content management system is through an authenticated way and is not published without proper authority. Further web based content update is also IP bound for adding security.
• All newly released system software patches; bug fixes and upgrades are installed on the web server.
