CaBuiLD (Transforming Mindsets)
CaBuiLD stands for - Capability Building for Load Dispatchers.
The Vision :- To be a pathfinder in building industry specific capabilities of power system load dispatchers to reach their full potential through state of art Knowledge Hub (KH), Skill Developement (SD) And constructive Attitude Transformation (AT) with creation of Talent Pool (TP) for experience sharing and industry-Academic collaboration.
The Mission :- To empower and elevate power system load dispatchers' for future readiness with countinual improvement in Knowledge Skill and Atrributes Collaboration for the exponentially growing power sector globally.
Collaborations & Special Projects
MSLDC collaborates with other state SLDCs, research institutions, academia, industry forums, policymakers, and regulators to enhance the reliability and efficiency of power system operations. These partnerships enable knowledge sharing, adoption of best practices, integration of emerging technologies, and development of skilled manpower. Collaborative engagement also supports renewable integration, regulatory alignment, and continuous improvement in grid security and operational excellence.
